Established in 1986, HengLi Label Printing Co. Ltd, is located in Yantai, China. After years of development, HengLi Label become a professional label printing company in China. As the director unit of China Printing Association, the company is now playing a leading role in domestic market, and serving many well-known brand customers in the world. Situated in Yantai, Shan Dong, China, HengLi Label (Fu Shan Factory) covers an plant area of 6500 square meters. And HengLi Label (Kai Fa Qu Factory) covers 1000 square meters. Both of the factories are convenient for transportation, the factories are 3 kilometers from entrance of Shenyang-Hainan Expressway, only taking 30 minutes to Yantai Port, 3 hours to Qingdao Port.

Equipment

As for now, the HengLi Label has 6 dust-free workshops with 3advanced production lines, including letterpress printing, offset printing, flexographic printing and digital printing machines. The annual capacity for labels is over 45 million square meters. And, the company’s design & plant studio has one PS plants CTP equipment and one ESKO resin plants CDI equipment, which enable the company to highly improve the printing quality and the stability among product batches.With the help of these advanced printing equipment, we turn out 12-color or under Self-adhesive labels, Cut & stack labels, In-mould labels, peel and reseal labels, Roll on shrink on labels, Peel and Read labels, Anti-counterfeit labels, Radio Frequency Identification Labels(RFID) and Reel Fed Labels. And HengLi Label also supplies sterile medical packaging materials. Our technical process includes UV printing, environment friendly water-based ink printing, full or partial UV varnishing, water-based varnishing, hot/cold stamping, foil stamping, laser die stamping, laminating, adhesive surface printing, etc..
